WINSALES Message 17 - Unable to merge documents when emailing HTM files because contact has blank email address
When attempting to email contacts through Fulfillment Center you may receive an error message below.

This error is caused by a contact in the group you are attempting to email does not have a valid email address, usually the field is blank. Fulfillment Center can automatically merge to Word DOC files that are emailed to a group where a person doesn’t have an email address, but with HTM files there is no merge to Word.
To solve the problem review with the WORKBENCH Query the contacts who have the scheduled document you are attempting to merge. Review the email addresses for those contacts and you will find blanks. Cancel the activity or update the email address and process the merge again.
BEWARE: When this occurs at a certain % of the merge process to email the Fulfillment Center stops and the process aborts, but emails may already have been sent to contacts. Check the SENT ITEMS folder. You may need to manually resolve those contacts that have already been sent an email before you re-merge with the contacts after fixing the blank email address. If you do not manually resolve these activities the email will be resent via Fulfillment Center.
